      + - HOW DO I ORDER?

      Υou can browse our products by category or you can use the filters to find that product that fit your needs, or to find the perfect gift for a special person.

      When you open a product’s page, you can browse through different photos and you can zoom in order to get a clear view of what the piece you’re interested in looks like. Once you choose the product(s) you wish to purchase, you simply press the “Add to cart” button.

      You can get redirected to your cart at anytime by pressing the cart icon at the top right corner of any page. Click on the “Proceed to checkout” button to complete your order, otherwise you can close the window (X) and continue shopping or browsing.

      + - WHEN WILL I BE GETTING MY ORDER?

      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
      All international orders ship with ELTA (Greek Postal Service). Delivery periods vary according to the destination. Delivery fees also vary on the amount of bookmarks (weight of package).

      * Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, etc., for which our company shall bear no liability.

      GREECE

      Orders that ship within the Attica county have an estimated delivery period of 1-2 business days. For all other destinations outside Attica the estimated delivery period is 1-4 business days. Delivery cost comes to a standard amount of 4,00 € on all orders within the country.

      *www.booklabookmarks.com is not to be held liable or responsible for any failure to deliver your order caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

      + - WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

      We accept the following types of payment:

      -Debit/ Credit/ Prepaid card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners) via Alpha Bank’s SecureWeb service.

      -PayPal

      -Digital wallet Masterpass

      * All prices shown under the relevant lists of each product include VAT (24%), while www.booklabookmarks.com reserves the right to change prices without notice to the consumers.

      *All transactions are in Euros (€).

      + - WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

      You can return any item within 15 days of receiving your original order. The sole requirement for us to accept the return is that the product and gift packaging are in their original condition (not damaged). All returns must be addressed to Bookla, 107 Ip. Parousi St. Kallithea, Athens, Greece (PC 17676).
      Concerning the returns delivery charges, you can refer to the following situations:

      – Exchange (you eventually changed your mind)

      In this case, after we receive back the product you bought in the first place in its original condition, you will be getting a discount coupon to use in your next order equal to the price of the item you returned. Any delivery charges that arise during this whole process is your responsibility.

      – Wrong product

      In this case, after we get back the product you mistakenly received in its original condition, we’ll send out the right one within 3 business days from the delivery. Contact us at info@booklabookmarks.com as to explain the return procedure.

      + - IS IT POSSIBLE THE PRODUCT I’M RECEIVING IS NOT IDENTICAL TO THE ONE IN THE PICTURE?

      Bookla bookmarks are made in a loom. Slight differences are likely to appear from one another, this however is what makes them special.

      + - DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PROCEED TO A PURCHASE?

      No, there is no need to have an account to proceed to a purchase. You can make your order as a guest.

      + - HOW DO I COMPLETE MY ORDER FROM MY CART?

      When you access your cart, you can see all products added in detail. You can select “Remove” if you wish to remove a product from your cart and you can also change the quantity of the products with the arrow buttons. After each change you make to your cart, you need to press “Update Cart” for the changes to take effect. If you wish to redeem a coupon, you need to enter your coupon’s code and again hit “Update Cart”. At the next step you will be asked to fill out your billing details. You then need to choose the following shipping method:

      • courier service

      Then choose a payment method. If you have chosen to receive your order by courier, pay by credit/ debit card through Alpha Bank Secure Web service, use PayPal or digital wallet Masterpass.

      After you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, all that’s left is to press “Proceed to checkout”. As soon as the payment is authorized, a message will appear on screen confirming the order and shortly afterwards you will be receiving a confirmation e-mail with all your order details included. When your order leaves our store, you will be getting another e-mail containing your order’s tracking number.

      + - WHAT IS A WISHLIST?

      You can add products to your “Wishlist” if you are not interested in making a purchase in that very instance.

      + - HOW DO I ADD A PRODUCT IN MY “WISHLIST”?

      As you might have noticed there is a heart shaped symbol in each product’s page. Add the product of your liking by simply pressing on the heart!

      + - WHAT IS THE COUPON AND HOW CAN I USE IT?

      The coupon offers you a discount. If you are eligible for one, you will get an e-mail containing the code of the coupon that you should enter before the completion of the order to get a discount.
